Participating farms must have apprentices and allow their apprentices to attend all CRAFT meetings without penalty, barring a particular, unusual situation. Farms must send at least one member to the annual meeting each year and also must take on at least one administrative task for the group at this meeting.
Associate farms do not have apprentices, but are supportive of CRAFT and are willing to host a farm visit.
Apprentices on farms not participating in CRAFT may attend farm visits by contacting the farm hosting the visit they wish to attend. Farms wishing to join our CRAFT group must attend the Annual Meeting in early December. Contact Jesse at apprenticeships@hawthornevalleyfarm.org for more information.
